Personal Expenses Policy
- Included Coverages: New Holland covers hotel accommodation, all convention meals (cocktails, dinners, lunches), workshop materials, and airport shuttle services between 5 – 8 October 2026.
- Excluded Items: Flight tickets to/from Istanbul, hotel room mini-bar charges, laundry services, personal phone calls, extended accommodations, and optional city tours are the responsibility of the individual attendee.
- Credit Cards: Rixos Tersane Istanbul will request a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in for incidentals.
